CCC Update

I hope you're all having a great week!


Note: Further on down in this email - I have listed the dances we are working on in class. I am letting you know which one's we will concentrate heavily on with an (*) in both classes in case you want to work on them in the meantime. I am adding "Rita's Waltz" for beginners class since it's good to know waltz's for many events.

Also, I don't list our warmup dances which are the "Electric Slide and Cupid Shuffle" in the list since they are pretty easy, but you can find them on You Tube if you need to review. Let me know if you have a problem finding them.

Don't forget tonight is 15th. Street Dance and I am planning on going if anyone wants to join me. I will be available with my cell phone 381-0965 after 10:00 AM if anyone wants to join me and Addie and possibly Mary and Carol tonight. Just give me a call. Leave a message if I don't answer and I will get back with you in good time.

One more thing I'd like to mention and welcome you to anytime is:
This coming Saturday night is our family night

"SCAREOKE -KARAOKE"
beginning at 6 PM at Concord Community Center
It's free admission, and the concession stand will be open and serving Chili etc.

So, if you like to sing, listen, etc. or know someone else who does...then bring them on, and have fun with us that night as well. "EVERYONE IS WELCOME"

You can dress up too!
If we have enough dancers there that night - we can dance also!

This below dance is a wonderful smooth type dance that I think everyone will enjoy once mastered. So, we will spend whatever time is needed on it in Intermediate class next Monday. It is a bit more detailed type dance but not impossible to easily learn, and it is being danced in a lot of places. It has a lock step, jazz box, weave vine and a couple of holds, but it goes right with the great music to it. So enjoy!
